Contains an antimicrobial and antibacterial blend of Lavender, Tea Tree, Grapefruit, Lemon and Thyme essential oils. Lightly spray yoga mats, balance balls, foam blocks, chairs, cushions, straps and other gear and wipe with a clean cloth. No need to saturate it with the solution.
If you have mud or grit on the bottom of your feet, give them a spritz and wipe before you step on your mat.
