Shipping & Delivery
How do I track my order?
- For Shipment: A tracking number will be send to you after your order is fulfilled in our facility. Click the link provided in the email to check the status of your order.
- For Delivery: you will be notify when your order is "on-route" via email. Alternatively you can download Shopify App - "MyStore" on google and apple store and to follow your order on your cell phone.
- You can also track the shipping status of your order(s) by logging in to your account, selecting Order History and clicking Track Order.
- Please allow 1-3 business days* for your order to ship due to processing time.
*Business days are Monday to Friday and do not include Statutory holidays within the Canada and the province of Alberta.
How much does shipping cost?As a basic rule:
- Any order over $75 shipped in Alberta will receive free shipping.
- Any order over $89 shipped outside of Alberta will receive free shipping.
- Any order in Calgary will receive free local delivery.
- Any order in Extended Calgary delivery Zone is free over $70.

All other shipping costs (like heavy products) will be charged during the checkout process if applicable.
Please note that if you’d like to receive your order sooner, you can select expedited shipping. Increased shipping costs will be applied at checkout for this service.
When will my order be processed?
All orders are processed within approximately 1 to 2 business days after the order is placed.
Orders placed on a weekend or holiday will be processed within 1 to 3 business days, Monday through Friday.
Subscription orders will be processed on the frequency selected at the time the subscription was established.
Please remember that orders cannot be edited once process begins. All processing times are estimates and may be subject to change.
How Can I edit my shipping Address?
All shipping address changes can be made in the My Account section. You will have the option to select a new default shipping address or add an additional address. Click here to log in to your account.
Please remember that subscription orders will be shipped to your default address. If you want to ship to a different location, please ensure that you update the default shipping address prior to your next shipment date. Customer Care Team is unable to reroute packages once they begin processing.
What shipping couriers do you use?
We use Canada Post 95% of the time and Canada Post Partners for international shipping.
When I will received my order?
All orders are processed within approximately 1 to 3 business days after the order is placed. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday will be processed on the next business day and will ship within 1 to 3 business days.
Please note that all processing times are estimates and may be subject to change. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information or via Canada Post tracking page you can opt for receiving tracking updates on your orders.
The shipping methods offered during checkout will differ based on your shipping address and number of items being ordered.

Do you have any shipping restriction?The answer is Yes...Currently all our Salami can not be shipped outside the province of Alberta mainly due to Manufacturer licenses.
We provide information on any restrictions on the product page as well restrictions will be messaged during the checkout process if applicable.
How can I change the shipping speed on my order?
The shipping methods offered during checkout will differ based on your shipping address and number of items being ordered. Once an order is processing, we no longer have the ability to change the delivery method!
